The restaurant Etxebarri is based on tradition and the grill. Multiple grills at different heights each designated for a different use and each burning a different charcoal that is actually made daily on the premises. All the Spanish chefs we told about this reservation told us it is absolutely incredible. We are obviously super hyped up over this one.
