I have been hearing a ton about Mrs. Payne and man does she know BBQ. As soon as you walk on you hit a wall of smoke but then it develops into the most complex and delicious aromas. Her chopped bbq pork sandwich is so amazing. It is heavy in vinegar and topped with a mustard based cole slaw. I also got a smoked hot dog. Awesome.
