The Chocolate Show is back in NYC

It is that time of year again folks! The infamous chocolate show. Come check me out doing a high tech demonstration using chocolate and liquid nitrogen and explaining how important of a tool it has become. In this cooking demonstration and tasting, Daniel Patterson (Chef/Owner of San Francisco’s Coi) and Johnny Iuzzini (Pastry Chef of Jean-Georges in NYC and Head Judge of Top Chef: Just Desserts) will give you an insiders look into the way they combine flavors to create their unique dishes. Using similar ingredient building blocks (perhaps blood orange, or ginger, or black pepper) Daniel and Johnny will craft savory and sweet dishes off-the-cuff, leading you through their unique and different processes as you taste the results.
